We are looking for a full time Autoplan Agent for our office which is located in Mission for a permanent Tuesday to Saturday Shift, working from 9-5:30 - NO EVENINGS, NO SUNDAYS & NO STAT HOLIDAYS.
Responsibilities Include:
- Autoplan including all its duties
- Greeting customers, First to Phone Calls, Customer Walk Ins and other miscellaneous responsibilities
Required Skills:
- Minimum Level 1 license
- Experience preferred but will train the right candidate
- Storng customer focus and office communication skills
- Demonstrate ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be able to work as part of a team as well as independently
