We are seeking a full time and part time person who can service icbc autoplan, private autoplan and personal lines for our busy East Vancouver office.
Work hours are 9:00 am to 5:30 pm with one hour lunch for full time. For part time, we are flexible with the days and time.
Job duties include but not limited to:
- answering calls
- servicing walk in clients for autoplan and personal lines
- processing home insurance renewals
- requoting different insurance markets on the insurance company portals
- quoting travel insurance
Successful candidates must be a team player who holds a level one license, can multi-task, and maintain good cummunication with clients. Cantonese and mandarin speaking is an asset.
Knowledge of power broker and microsoft office will be helpful to the job but training can be provided.
