The Opportunity:
The ideal candidate will have ICBC and Personal Lines experience. As an Insurance Agent you will be a key member of our office team, building rapport with clients, and providing exceptional service. This position has great earning potential with a base rate of pay (varies depending on experience) along with commissions!
Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with walk-in Autoplan an PL clientele
- Managing an established book of business
- Reviewing renewal coverages and remarketing when necessary
- Processing and invoicing new policies, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, etc.
Required Skills:
- Minimum Level 1 license, but Level 2 preferred
- Superior communication (verbal and written) skills
- Previous experience delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of all personal line markets and insurance company portals
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
- Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, attention to detail
- PowerBroker or TAM experience considered an asset
- Must be able to work as part of a team as well as independently
